Moving around in Amsterdam is very easy and accessible for everyone as Amsterdam provides public transport, taxis; people can rent bikes and walk as most places are close to each other. UK visitors can always mix their type of transport for the ones that are more suitable.
- By air: Tourist can fly to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol which near Amsterdam city which you can access from the airport by taxi, rent car, bus and rail.
- By road: Tourist from other countries in Europe can access by car by different routes depending where they are coming from. For UK visitors they can access Amsterdam by car but they will need to catch a ferry. This applies for either using your own car or by using coach.
- By sea: UK visitors can access Amsterdam by boat if they do not want to use their car.
- By rail: Amsterdam has nine train stations around the city where tourist can access from different countries form Europe. Countries like Belgium, France, Italy and many more can use rail as a way to get to Amsterdam; for the UK visitors it is possible but by using the Eurostar.
